Hopeful or Hopeless?

The world is so exhausting with so many hatred and inhumanity. Most times, the ignorant finds peace more than the informed, because with knowledge often comes unrest.
What shall we then say:
1. Is this life meant to last forever? No.
2. Since people wish and act differently, it means things can be good and things can also go sour due to man's desires, actions and inactions.
3. So, are we helpless to people's actions, desires and inactions because we cannot control them?

Yes and No.
Yes, we cannot control them. But that is why as men of the spirit ( Spirit of Christ Jesus), we are lead by the spirit.
Better put, the spirituals are our normal. Hence, beyond man's desires (even ours), God will direct us, giving us way of escape or better ways to lead our lives amidst unfavorable situations.

The life we have in Christ is eternal life which is preserved by God himself, so we cannot loose it.

We are not hopeless.
Certainly not hopeless to the devices of the devil, as we are well aware of them. But we win always, because we preach the gospel of Christ always for the salvation of all who believe and we walk daily in our realities in Christ.

Therefore, this then is our resolution amidst the world's cruelty:
"Whether he saves us from earth's sorrows/challenges or not, whether we live on earth or sleep on earth, we are confident that we have been justified, sanctified and sealed forever in Christ. We are saved forever. And, the proof is the holy spirit.
When Immortality will swallow up Mortality, our reality that we have lost nothing, will be evident."
"Therefore o king, we will not serve your golden image. Our God is able to save us from the fiery furnace. But if he does not, if we perish, we perish!"
