Managing Stress
I have really wondered why most parents will be great parents at home but at their duty posts they are unforgiving tyrants.

Stress is simply emotional pressure as a result of other pressure. Hence, the person struggles to restore his emotion to its previous state.
In the cause of this, they may treat any counter action or effort as enemy and be aggressive.
I am not playing with words when I say "humans are wonderful, and will bring out the worst/best in you".
Allow the best and curtail the worst.
These persons in these offices and capacities are humans and so, can react to situations.
It obviously starts when their are expected threshold of which their customers/patronizers are to behave, ask, request, receive or give. So, when it is below or above, as humans and not robots, they react.
These reaction maybe normal, less, excessive or unnoticed, still there is always an internal emotional response, which can be reflected externally.
It is good to react, but it is also good to manage ones emotion well, remembering we are all humans.
Also, it is also good as a patronized/customer to relate with these persons with the mindset that " they are just humans working in those offices and capacities".

If we all go around dropping pressures on everyone indiscriminately, everyone will be a wreck and we will have no more sane people around.
I know that we are all differently nurtured imperfect humans, let us consciously work towards managing stress and stressful situations well, so we will grow to a point where we are masters of our own emotions and reactions.
Humanity has to continue, if we all hate being talked down, let's avoid talking others down.
As we all learn to be better humans, I will add that you pray in the spirit, it helps a whole lot.
I am growing, so are you. Let love lead.
