Dressing: Women, Feminism and Equity

Dressing is a very important phenomenon in human society. It is determined by the Person itself, the locality, the place one is going to, the circle of people in a gathering.

Hence, it depends that we dress to suit every location or occasion.

A good example is dressing to farm, church, a job interview or meeting friends. It demands certain level of intention for the location and circle of persons.

Feminism is simply giving equal rights and opportunities to women as was given to men, with a stop to toxic masculinity.

My take on Feminism is that the issue is not equality but Equity.

Equality see two persons equal in everything. For example, men and women are humans and thus should be treated equally. But the question to ask is:

A. Is feminism saying give equal opportunities to women to be equal with men because they are humans

or 

B. Does Feminism mean to give more opportunities to women because they are humans but biologically different; but being same human with men means they can make good decisions and calculations with their brains. This, so they can stand in equal dignity and value for life and person as the men?

I am sure Feminism is saying if the professional man will continue and always be employed because he does not give birth, but women loss jobs and not continue because of birth; then, give more opportunities to the women to make her a professional who is still a mother.

A nursery well cared for, for female employees will solve this and help them compete equally with the men.

Therefore we can say that Feminism is giving Unequally to the in equal...this is equity.

Equity treats as done what ought to be done.

If the man is taller, it is equity that says "give the woman a stool to stand, so she can level in height with the man" but equality is:

Give them both stools.

My humble submission is that, women are biologically different from men. This then does not reduce their ability to use their brains, but rather a stress on their brain.

Let the stress in the woman's brain be lifted and let her fight with her ability to stand, given the right resources.

Also, there is no excuse to rape, harrass or genderly violate anybody gor no reason.

Then again, calling a spade a spade, what can we say about women and dressing.

If we have to compete with opportunites of equity, don't we need to also do equity ourselves?

So many women have proven themselves to be intellectuals and professionals, worthy in all aspect. 

Then again, let us see it in this way:

So we all want women to be seen as serious and intellectuals too.

 Okay, you needed to do an official presentation, but instead of looking formal and confident, you decided to show up exposing sensitive parts and looking sexy.

Moderation is required in everything.

We should dress in moderation.

This is the moderation or the standard required from organisations or groups we belong to.

We all have to repect organisations rules in dressing, even while competing intellect ually and professionally.

Since women are naturally perceived as sexy. Let our moderation, Confidence, abilities and professionalism be our new sexy.

I believe in the woman's ability to conquer. To conquer, both men and women need moderation in personal decisions and respect for one another and our professions.

Let our moderation, respect, Confidence, abilities and professionalism be our new sexy.

Just like dressing, skill and preparedness is needed for certain locations, occasions, persons and circle.

I humbly advise and permit every woman to fight for their place intelligently, confidently and equitably...

We are all humans with ability to use our brains and abilities to the fullest.

Rule and conquer intelligently, confidently and equitably.
