The Woman or The Man

-
The woman should learn how to be a good wife,
She should learn how to care for:
-the husband;
-the children;
-the in-laws;
-the future;
-the loses;
-the pains;
-the rejections;
-the compromise;
-the betrayal;
BECAUSE THE MAN OR WOMAN IS WHAT???

The truth is, male and female should both invest and compromise in their relationships. Marriage should be about companionship rather than dominion.
Marriage should be about two humans with equal Consent,  Rights, Responsibilities, honour etc.
Therefore, Marriage should be a ground where bigger ideas are birthed, why?
Because two great minds just came together to rub minds and not the other way round.

Whether it is the man or the woman, we are have all blood flowing through our veins,
We all have brains,
We all have Gonads,
We all can be hurt,
We all can be vulnerable,
We all want to be loved and accepted.

Then if I may ask:
why then do we treat others irritably less than others?
Why the we force the man not to cry out his pain and be relieved just because he is a man?
Why do we ever think it is okay to abuse the man sexully, since "men enjoy sex"?
Don't we all have gonads?

Why do we force her to stay with her abusive husband?
Why do we force them to remain and forgive until they die of AIDS?
Equal rights is equal consent and equal respect.

Why do we allow him stay with her when we know she hates him and the children because he is poor?
Why must the man be so burdened?
Why do we like stress self?

Ogbeni!!
Why must I take maternity leave to care for the child when I did not impregnate myself?
Why must I have to wakeup at night alone to carry the child?
Why must he have to send money to all your relatives and you don't?
Why must he and why must she?

Justice is giving unequally to the unequal.
A woman maybe biologically different from a man, but it most certainly does not make her less of a human.
Hence, give her a stool to stand on so that she along with the man can ensure a sustainable development.

My husband will be my friend, not my king?
I will love and respect him not tremble at his feet.
I will honour him and protect his interest, same goes to him.

We will all be happy when we consciously try to love and respect one another.

Lets respect the humanity in us and please shun unnecessary Labeling and expectations.

I was once close to a lady who suddenly began to belittle me, creating a clique to join in. I introspected to see if I had triggered this opposition, but found no fault on my part.
