Adriano's Wisdom

My comment on the writeup of Phil, which is an interview of Adriano at:

I think the point that corrects me in this writeup is point 2.

"remarkable leadership requires you to seek it out and listen to understand, not listen to respond. Great learning often occurs in this struggle. Reflection is a process of examining and interpreting experience to gain new understandings and growth. Take time to always reflect, affirm and remember to be gentle with yourself."

At most times, I have feared people's feedbacks because I think it would break me and make me take longer time to heal. So, I try getting feedback other ways.
Either ways, some things still has to break us as humans, and we still get to heal to be stronger.
I reflect on myself, but I have not seen myself gentle or treated me with gentleness. Why?
Because I feel 'if the world will never be gentle, why should I harbour such belief?

I have learned that a balance is required. It does not have to be all bloody and wounds, we can choose to smile.

As for other points, I think I am doing well.
Then point 5 is soo mee.
smiles
