MENSTRUAL PAINS

istockPhoto.com The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that approximately 500 million women worldwide experience menstrual cramps each month. I remember one time on  twitter ( now  X)  when the topic on menstrual pains was raised and some people mentioned how close friends and relations died of extreme pains. Personally, I have witnessed friends in somuch pains that they can't walk. Some develop serious symptoms that may look like they have cholera.
